yes, saw that after commenting on #674755

i would have expected the settings in /etc/default/tmpfs would be
respected afterwards, too

The default Debian init mounts several tmpfs as indicated by the config
file /etc/default/tmpfs:
- /run
- /run/lock
- /run/shm
- /tmp


I read that like exactly the same expectation?
