Bug#674882: Noowner libircclient
Giving some thought into it, I have changed my mind, and I will not adopt this package - I will however make the changes recorded in the collab-maint repository mentioned above after the wheezy freeze as a QA upload if someone doesn't adopt the package before. I was wondering to adopt the package but I cannot find any information why it is +dfsg, and what has been removed from the source. Andreas, maybe you remember what violates dfsg in the source. Licensecheck does not show anything. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org

I believe the cause was the rfc1459.txt which was removed in the dfsg version at least in 1.3. -- Andreas Rönnquist gus...@gusnan.se -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. By the way, I don't know if you have seen it, but the work I did on packaging libircclient is still available in the git repos: http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=collab-maint/libircclient.git;a=summary Feel free to use that, or delete it - I don't mind either way. If I am not mistaken, the stuff by Bradley Smith was not originally available in collab-maint, but I imported it from his personal git repository. (Which unfortunately doesn't seem to be available online any longer). best regards -- Andreas Rönnquist gus...@gusnan.se -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Yes I saw it, I intend to use it - thanks you. Anyway in the newest version, the rfc file is not present so we can drop the +dfsg suffix. - -- Dariusz Dwornikowski, Institute of Computing Science, Poznań University of Technology www.cs.put.poznan.pl/ddwornikowski/ room 2.7.2 BTiCW | tel. +48 61 665 29 41 -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1 iQIcBAEBCAAGBQJT7i1eAAoJECEac8aaew/HUrwP/0wDSeRcUdmfTnqJ2j7UWGPn M5VDRH1v2Q8+t9f8v4kBpZzZ+XnUJ66Pv/4V+CdOqe099FZL/c65fmtm4JUmo/js aMk9EThHH1lOthi6V+bCTdjayvR48xwkwWmjasFo6nStS+9uZT2sG5NNOJ//aaXx sAzyFRlLFCZZITl8V6AhBYr6X6R51OereeVatmT/5DNULs+lcJzN4l4fC3LGEgmx /LO8QFh0af4EhTC6q033jyYllHytSGpaG1PNJUcs8o513EnUWid00vd/Lbeldj4/ qgPUcPRpuaHIMOCIW0cLcpr1eIG2rPcvcjUHyByZXE0CDd1tb896ReG3c1UVquai /xC8QAsciN+apDXCisOHb9liqOImTMzxVuPTswDQ1qe7ZtGeaNMwFNDUstLSsEU+ 2doknsaWvcJ0TtZ0mLJLf14GtS37zKKlySISTOUxnbulDR48QB9yj5hKkQQzdsF+ C5Way0l5xyOkLnurP0YrL9E8JnUwgqRc4JlyROlFvpoJhM3hNtry5EmcxEjrO5Ex gnvtZOf8S1C2i7cC3f6tSkLHBp6tRVVwUYR8/NyHI/WuPrgpvO1IF7MmMaDdr+Gd Du4RNJNEXNKpgZJKOVpWtW4hz+gf7PtqmvnVPVRjWatz6WuTji3qJYJS8wISmUKb 1exqZ51+Jai3SSidnYA8 =QTVj -END PGP SIGNATURE- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
