Dear Maintainer,
Wanted to confirm this bug. Same problem being reported on Ubuntu:

I have confirmed it on two computers one 32bit and one 64bit.
Reproduce:
Press Alt + Ctrl + Shift + R : Notification shows up in lower right hand corner
and it appears to be working. Press again to stop the recording. A
shell-{date}.webm appears in your home directory and it's exactly 300 bytes.
File is unplayable and much to small. It worked fine previously.
