Bug#676629: guake: fails to start («ImportError: No module named xdg.DesktopEntry»)
Package: guake Version: 0.4.3-1 Severity: normal Since 0.4.3-1 guake did not start for me anymore. This is the error I get when I try to start it from xfce4-terminal: | Traceback (most recent call last): | File /usr/bin/guake, line 35, in module | from xdg.DesktopEntry import DesktopEntry | ImportError: No module named xdg.DesktopEntry Installing package python-xdg solved the problem for me. So I guess a dependency on it should be enough Thank you. -- Kiko -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.4.1 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages guake depends on: ii gconf2 3.2.5-1 ii libatk1.0-0 2.4.0-2 ii libc62.13-33 ii libcairo21.12.2-2 ii libfontconfig1 2.9.0-6 ii libfreetype6 2.4.9-1 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.26.1-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.32.3-1 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.10-1 ii libpango1.0-01.30.0-1 ii libpython2.7 2.7.3~rc2-2.1 ii libx11-6 2:1.4.99.901-2 ii notification-daemon 0.7.5-1 ii notify-osd [notification-daemon] 0.9.34-2 ii python 2.7.3~rc2-1 ii python-dbus 1.1.0-1 ii python-gconf 2.28.1+dfsg-1 ii python-glade22.24.0-3 ii python-notify0.1.1-3 ii python-vte 1:0.28.2-4 ii python2.72.7.3~rc2-2.1 ii xfce4-notifyd [notification-daemon] 0.2.2-2 guake recommends no packages. guake suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
