At the time smokeqt was packaged, qwt5 was close to being removed (and the smokeqt binding does not compile with qwt6, see [1]). Let's see what is the outcome of qwt5 after the wheezy release -- for sure enabling them for wheezy is not an option, at this point (since we are in freeze).
