At the time smokeqt was packaged, qwt5 was close to being removed (and 
the smokeqt binding does not compile with qwt6, see [1]).
Let's see what is the outcome of qwt5 after the wheezy release -- for 
sure enabling them for wheezy is not an option, at this point (since we 
are in freeze).

Please consider a enabling of SMOKE Qwt5 libraries building and
packaging. I tested it at my local system and found that libsmokeqwt3
builds and works fine.
