This really does lock many disabled users out of the wiki - and with
some browser settings, it even insults them too.  So bugs asking for
wiki changes should not be closed with you can just register an
account and fix it yourself because many users cannot.

The wiki is open to all, there is no need to file bugs about content
since you can just register an account and fix it yourself.
