Thank you very much for your patch. I'm not sure if this kind of bug
applies for an exception freeze. Any way, I'll apply this on
glipper-2.4

On systems with multiple DEs installed KDE users get two clipboard managers 
which is annoying. Please consider applying attached patch and getting a 
freeze exception.

If it integrates well with other DEs which don't already have a clipboard 
manager, you might also add them to the list.
