I have noticed this too and it happens for a long time already.
Unfortunately I haven’t gotten around to debug it and thus sent no report.

And yes, I for myself have Thunar installed.

I forgot to mention that this is for when one right-clicks on an unmounted 
partition (within the "places" button/plugin).
