Looks good to me. The only minor thing that both lintian and me
noticed is:

I: libdata-uniqid-perl source: quilt-patch-missing-description 
disable_failing_tests.diff

Besides that, I think you can go ahead with the upload.

This package is needed by imapsync (http://imapsync.lamiral.info/).

It should be in a good shape and needs to be reviewed (again) by the
debian-perl group.

The only point left from their inital review is:

- - "Testsuite: autopkgtest-pkg-perl" would be nice but it's completely
   optional https://pkg-perl.alioth.debian.org/autopkgtest.html

I just skiped this for now. Any contributions in this place are welcome.
