Looks good to me. The only minor thing that both lintian and me
noticed is:

I: libdata-uniqid-perl source: quilt-patch-missing-description 
disable_failing_tests.diff

Besides that, I think you can go ahead with the upload.

It should be in a good shape and needs to be reviewed (again) by the
debian-perl group.

The only point left from their inital review is:
