Bug#701565: ekiga: FTBFS on powerpcspe
Hi, for the record, I'm attaching what I applied to ekiga 4.0.1-2 for powerpcspe at debian-ports.org. Does ekiga build successfully and work with your patch? Builds fine with the patch, and installed it in the unreleased distribution at debian-ports.org. Can test later. If yes, could we commit the patch only for version in experimental, since 3.2 versions are not maintained upstream anymore? If you intend to migrate it to unstable soon, that's fine. Otherwise, fixing it in unstable would be best, even if abandoned upstream. Roland, as you know we are in final cycle of releasing debian. If you feel that this patch should be committed and that release managers accept it, do you mind to do an upload yourself? I for my part pushed it upstream: https://git.gnome.org/browse/ekiga/commit/?id=e88f55f6a3. -- Eugen -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Roland, as you know we are in final cycle of releasing debian. I know it's late _in_ the cycle, but I hope that it's not the final one... ;-) If you feel that this patch should be committed and that release managers accept it, do you mind to do an upload yourself? Considering that powerpcspe is no official release, it's not important enough to push it to wheezy now. Release managers won't accept it anyway. :-) I for my part pushed it upstream: https://git.gnome.org/browse/ekiga/commit/?id=e88f55f6a3. Cool, thanks!
