Dear Axel, Thanks for your report. The upstream author doesn't seem to have an explicit preference to have the current Homepage: value as the project's homepage, plus the Policy suggests that your proposal is closer to a useful value for that header. I have patched the package accordingly, and asked for it to be uploaded to the archive into unstable. I'll mark the bug as done.
