zoneminder depends on ffmpeg which is no longer built by libav. This
will render the package unusable soon.

zoneminder needs to be adopted to use avconv (from libav-tools) instead
of ffmpeg.

Dear Maintainer,

Upon attempting to installed zoneminder from the Aptitude UI zoneminder
is shown as broken.  The ffmpeg dependency is now unavailable and this
makes zoneminder uninstallable at the moment.
