The package hpijs-ppds is uninstallable in sid, because the package

Here the dependencies:
foomatic-filters is not installable in parallel with cups-filters.
But hpijs-ppds depends on foomatic-filters.
I'm not sure, if you should change the dependency to cups-filters or
if the package foomatic-filters has to be corrected.
foomatic-filters is bound to disappear as its functionality moved to
cups-filters.
A patch that allows this move for hpijs-ppds is attached.
(That said, as I understand it, cups doesn't need hpijs-ppds but only
printer-driver-hpijs's hpijs.drv; this package could maybe be removed
entirely.)
