Bug#737494: cannot reproduce monkeysphere failing to upgrade from wheezy to jessie

I just tried installing monkeysphere on a stock wheezy system, setting
up monkeysphere-authentication with an identity certifier. then i
upgraded it to jessie, all without a problem.

I'm unable to reproduce the issue. if no one else is able to reproduce
the issue, i'm not sure how to proceed with it.

anarcat, if you're unable to pinpoint how the permissions got changed on
the server in question, perhaps you can close this bug? or if you can
reproduce it, i would be happy to know how. Thanks for the initial
report.

Perhaps we can close this for now. I'll certainly have more upgrades of
the sort to do in the coming years and we'll see soon enough if marcos
was smoking crack. ;)
