Bug#740146: qtiplot crash when switching to python

2018-02-28 Thread Günter Frenz
Hi,

does anybody read this? About 2 months ago I reported that the bug is
again open in the current version of qtiplot: 0.9.8.9-17. Up to now not
a single reaction on this report is definitely not what I expect from a
bug-report system and a maintainer-team...

regards

Günter

this bug seems to be active again in todays update to version:

ii qtiplot 0.9.8.9-17

As soon as I either try to run one of my python scripts or when I just
switch the scripting language to python, qtiplot crashes. The only
error I see is "Segmentation fault"

Regards

Do you need any additional info? Tell me which tests I should do.

I tried to to downgrade to the version from Stretch but that would
break other software that I need due to dependancy problems. Is the
last version before 0.9.8.9-17 still somewhere available to try a
downgrade? Without my scripts plotting of analysis-data takes 10 times
longer than usual...
