Bug#749115: [Bash-completion-devel] Bug#749115: bash-completion: Please add support for the mpv video player
As long as we don't have a completion that actually differs from the mplayer one in some meaningful way, there's no point in maintaining a separate one. At least I'm not going to spend my time doing or helping to do that. It's also unclear to me who will be maintaining the mpv completion if it's included with bash-completion in the first place. Has someone who's interested in this stuff thought about submitting/maintaining the completion in upstream mpv and not in bash-completion? That would probably be a better home for it, assuming it gets proper, continuous care there. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. This looks so similar to the current mplayer completion that aliasing with slight adjustments seems more appropriate than copy-pasting, so done that way (untested) in upstream git: http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=bash-completion/bash-completion.git;a=commitdiff;h=de78c1653aad081daf28cd349e0f52801db3a180 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
