It's changed in GIT and will be part of the next upload.

Thank you again,

Fabian

thank you for your suggested update to the wording of the package
description. However, most recently, this sentence has become
pragmatically wrong: Nowadays handbrake supports AAC encoding via
libavcodec and MP4 (and MPV) muxing via libavformat.

I think it is safe to entirely remove that paragraph from the package
description.

Hi Fabian,

Ok, if the paragraph no longer applies, then removing it is clearly the
correct thing to do. Are you planning to do so for the next Debian
release?

2014-05-24 Thread Faheem Mitha
Source: handbrake
Version: 0.9.9+svn6032+dfsg1-2
Severity: minor

The current description includes

It does neither support audio encoding to AAC via faac nor MP4
format muxing via libmp4v2, it falls back to the MKV format
instead.

A more standard wording would be:

It neither supports audio encoding to AAC via faac nor MP4 format
muxing via libmp4v2. It falls back to the MKV format instead.
