Maybe I should have attributed this bug to the ipython3 package, as this is producing the same output:
$ ipython3 nbconvert --to html Untitled0.ipynb -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
