If I look into the package, it seems, lintian is right. In the package

Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${perl:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}
And in the build logs I can see the dh_perl call:

Hi, I think a package rebuild should be sufficient to close this bug. Thus I commited * rebuild with latest libperl Closes: #761134 to the changelog. Ivo, it is *really* high time to upload libsbml if we want to deliver it in Jessie. Do you have any idea why the current state of SVN does not build on other machines.
