Bug#767546: pypy: Build cppyy backend

 We should build it. Possibly in a separate binary package.

This currently requires a fork of reflex -
http://cern.ch/wlav/reflex-2014-10-20.tar.bz2

So, I guess this isn't currently worth pursuing. When the cling
implementation is ready, we can look at that.
