Hi David, I agree in principle, however I think this should be fixed upstream rather than downstream (in Debian). Even if the effort of writing a more comprehensive manpage began from Debian, I'd suggest to submit the patch for upstream inclusion, which would have several benefits: - reduced risk of ending up with an out-of-sync manpage - review and feedback from upstream devs - wider reach due to adoption in other GNU/Linux distros This said, I'll certainly review patches against the Debian package improving on the status quo, but for the moment I'm tagging this bug report as 'wontfix' not to create expectations.
