That bug (and this one) is unrelated to squidclamav. The crash there is
in Squid adaptation ACL components on restart, rotate or reconfigure.

The pinger helper is crashing during its shutdown+cleanup process after
Squid has already explicitly disconnected from it.
Why exactly are you labeling this as "breaks the whole system" ?
