Yaboot upstream development is dead for several years already. While it
was possible to make it work with e2fslibs 1.42.2 with some patching,
linking to any later version won't work.
It is probably not worth investing any more time and efforts to maintain
this package. I would rather spend my Debian time to help bring
grub-ieee1275 into Stretch d-i than to continue reanimating this dead
animal.
While there is a valid rationale to ask FTP Masters to remove Yaboot
package from sid, I'm tagging this bug with 'help' to give a chance for
possible takers to provide help or take it over.
