Bug#779509: rxvt-unicode: should recommend fonts-dejavu instead of transitional ttf-dejavu package

This bug is still present. However I think that the right fix would
be remove the recommendation on the DejaVu font entirely. Indeed the
DejaVu font is not the only one providing good Unicode support, and
one should remember that users are not supposed to remove recommended
packages (or refuse their installation) unless they know what they
are doing.
