Bug#789343: libnagios-plugin-perl: FTBFS with perl 5.22: Can't use 'defined(%hash)'
Source: libnagios-plugin-perl Version: 0.36-1 Severity: important User: debian-p...@lists.debian.org Usertags: perl-5.22-transition Tags: sid stretch upstream patch Forwarded: https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=103190 This package FTBFS with perl 5.22 (currently in experimental): Can't use 'defined(%hash)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at t/Nagios-Plugin-Functions-01.t line 22. # Looks like you planned 113 tests but ran 1. # Looks like your test exited with 255 just after 1. t/Nagios-Plugin-Functions-01.t There is a trivial patch. Note: And yes, N::P is deprecated due to trademark problems. so it may not be fixed upstream. We may need to come up with a transition plan in Debian. This bug will become release critical nearer the time of the perl 5.22 migration, expected during the (northern hemisphere) summer. Due to lack of time on my side I have not yet done it, but will do the packaging of Monitoring::Plugin.
