gammaray does no longer build against VTK 6.2
and had test failures on many platform on the last attempt that still
used VTK 6.1
The immediate problem in the bug is solved by adding libvtk6-qt-dev to build-
depends, but I'm unsure about getting the package to build, so I'll leave it
and work on something else.
