Dear Maintainer,
After the installation, fish is not added to the /etc/shells file.
I think fish should be added to /etc/shells in order to let the user
easily change his default shell via chsh.
Like for example dash, at line 115 :
https://sources.debian.net/src/dash/0.5.7-4/debian/dash.postinst/
