Running cppcheck on a medium sized project (~40 files,
20kLOC), the number of issues found depends heavily on
whether or not I use multithreading (-j7).

Until this problem is fixed upstream, as a minimal
solution the man page and "cppcheck --help" should
warn about the option -j (something like "under
development, may affect results")
