Bug#797706: debram: illegal date format in debian/changelog

2015-11-08 Thread Thaddeus H. Black
Thanks, James. You are quite right, of course. It's supposed to be
"Jun", not "June".

It is no fault of yours, only my fault, but I am so busy with
non-Debian work at the moment, I regrettably lack the time to update
my sid installation to rebuild and upload. I'll get to this when I
can.

In the meantime, if the Debram package is blocking or stalling
anyone's work, please remove it from testing.

If you are very busy, I can NMU it for you if you want.

The version in testing isn't affected! So there should be no need to do
that. I don't think the package is blocking anything in particular.

Bug#797706: debram: illegal date format in debian/changelog

2015-09-01 Thread James Cowgill
Source: debram
Severity: serious
Version: 2.0.0.4
Justification: Policy 4.4

Hi,

The latest changelog entry of debram has an illegal date format which
causes dpkg-parsechangelog to choke (and thus the package to FTBFS).

 -- Thaddeus H. Black Fri, 26 June 2015 00:00:00 +

Policy 4.4 requires the month to contain exactly 3 characters.

Failed mips64el build log:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=debram=mips64el=2.0.0.4=1441108414

Thanks,
James
