Bug#801293: i3: Leaks memory

Dear Maintainer,

   Ever since updating the i3 package, i3 has been leaking memory, with memory
   usage going up to 1 GB on periods of extended usage. Restarting i3 reduce
   the memory footprint to the initial state but does not stop the leak.
   Earlier versions of i3 did not have this issue.

Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system)

Versions of packages i3 recommends:
ii  dunst   1.1.0-2
ii  i3lock  2.7-1
ii  i3status2.9-2
ii  suckless-tools  40-1

i3 suggests no packages.

Can’t reproduce this. Does this happen for you with the default config as
well?
