Don't know what has changed. I've seen a colord update one or two days ago and some Gtk libraries and gnome-control-center yesterday. -- Pascal Obry / Magny Les Hameaux (78) The best way to travel is by means of imagination http://v2p.fr.eu.org http://www.obry.net gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-key F949BD3B

Some other interresting information: - using lightdm I can see all the screen in gcm - reverting to gdm3/stable I can see all the screen in gcm So it sounds like an issue with gdm3 from testing/unstable version 3.18.0-2 0 Maybe this ticket should be reassigned to gdm3? Just a status update to note that this now affects also Debian/testing. Let me know if you need additional information. Bug#802655: gnome-color-manager missing primary screen
Package: gnome-color-manager Version: 3.18.0-1 Severity: grave Since a recent upgrade (Debian/Sid) the primary screen is not listed in the color manager. I have experienced this issue on two computers. Also the secondary screen when attached is properly listed in the color managed devices. With this bug it is not possible to unset or change the profile for the primary screen. If this can helps: $ gcm-inspect -d (gcm-inspect:5147): Gcm-WARNING **: failed to get XServer profile data: failed to get property (gcm-inspect:5147): Gcm-WARNING **: failed to get XServer protocol version: failed to get property Regards, -- Pascal Obry / Magny Les Hameaux (78) The best way to travel is by means of imagination http://v2p.fr.eu.org http://www.obry.net gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-key F949BD3B
