Bug#805602: at doesn't understand "at now + 1 second" etc.

Do you still interested in this bug?  I would well come a patch on how
to handle seconds in the input.  I am prepaeing a new release of at
and would like to add this feature.

Tested on Gentoo (up-to-date) and Ubuntu Trusty.
Looks "now + N second" format is not supported.
