Dear maintainer, This bug, is a false positive and my mistake.
Following some advices, I had declared "kernel.dmesg_restrict = 2" on a sysctl.d config file. Commented out this line, sysctl -p and everything went fine. procps is correctly updated. Thanks for reading and, my apologies for this false positive. -- Emmanuel Lesouef
