reassign 811392 foolscap 0.10.1-1 thanks This is a problem in foolscap packaging, caused by a change in twisted packaging. It will get fixed today.
It can be worked around by replacing the twisted-* dependencies with just twisted in /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/foolscap-0.10.1.egg-info/requires.txt
