Impressive work, and not only on the manpage side of things! I've just
merged your branch, and made an upload from it, but for now I've
excluded the work related to Fonts-*, as I can't change that during
0.18.2's lifetime obviously.

I think it would still be worth it maintaining man pages. It's much more
convenient to quickly look something up in man pages than elsewhere, so
I've taken the time to create markdown files of the documentation, which
can be converted into man pages with pandoc.

I have pushed my changes to the manpages branch of
https://github.com/e7appew/pkg-mitmproxy.git. I have also uploaded the
source to mentors:
https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/m/mitmproxy/mitmproxy_0.18.2+dfsg-1.0.dsc.

I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at it.
