I never created any xorg.conf file. I installed debian and then didn't
change anything in the X configuration.

Right, but you also have an xorg.conf somewhere? Try removing at least
the device section from it.

Interesting, you should have
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/modesetting_drv.so shipped by
xserver-xorg-core which would be used on Skylake... can you verify it's
there?

Package: xserver-xorg-video-intel
Version: 2:2.99.917+git20160218-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

After upgrade xserver-xorg-video-intel to version 2:2.99.917+git20160307-1
(with sudo apt-get upgrade)
gdm3 load but after typing my password gnome dont load.

After downgrade package to version 2:2.99.917+git20160218-1 it works again.
(changed source.list to stretch and run sudo apt-get install
xserver-xorg-video-intel=2:2.99.917+git20160218-1).

I have a thinkpad X1 Yoga with processor i7-6500U and there is already problem
in linux related to it, see
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110941
