It seems that builds with
ii libc6:amd642.23-0experimental2amd64GNU
C Library: Shared libraries
ii libc6-dev:amd642.23-0experimental2amd64GNU
C Library: Development Libraries and Header Files
But without debian/libexiv2-14.symbols.
