We are about to do some gpg changes in mutt and we will add a NEWS entry soon.

Bug#824832: mutt: please add a NEWS file for new version of /etc/Muttrc.d/pgp.rc

2016-05-20 Thread Sean Whitton
Package: mutt
Version: 1.6.0-1
Severity: minor

Dear maintainers,

Please consider adding a debian/NEWS file for the changes to
/etc/Muttrc.d/pgp.rc in package version 1.6.0-1. This file now sets the
variable $pgp_decryption_okay. If the user does not pass --status-fd=2
in $pgp_decrypt_command, mutt will consider decryption to have failed.
Although /etc/Muttrc.d/pgp.rc sets $pgp_decrypt_command successfully,
many users set their own $pgp_decrypt_command in ~/.muttrc as there are
a lot of online tutorials out there that recommend doing this.

Thanks.
