Can you please dump the problematic database structure using mysqldump
so that I can test this?

Bug#827393: phpmyadmin: Foreign key constraints fail to export

Package: phpmyadmin

I selected a database with foreign key constraints and then navigated to
the Export tab in phpmyadmin. On export, none of the foreign key
constraints or indices (I use a few fulltext indexes) were be included,
which is something I expected.

Even after trying different options in the export dialog I could not get
phpmyadmin to export foreign key constraints. Instead it only exported
the structure of each table and view along with inserts for the data.
