That's the opposite. xfce4-goodies depends on mousepad, so removing mousepad
obviously has to remove xfce4-goodies. This is a metapackage which bring all
the Xfce goodies (thus the name), which can be either panel plugins or
applications (like mousepad).

If you really don't want mousepad, you can still remove it and the xfce4-
goodies dependency.

When i try to remove mousepad from a fresh installation, it shows me that it 
has dependency on xfce4-goodies package, which is the xfce plugin on taskbar. I 
think that it should be removed from package dependency.
