Since the most recent upgrade of mutt (1.7.0-5 -> 1.7.0-6, which also
brings in NeoMutt 2016-09-16), mutt now displays an additional line on
top of messages shown in the built-in pager, matching the line normally
shown at the bottom of a mailbox index.
I haven't found any option in muttrc that corresponds to this, either to
disable it, or preferably to *enable* it with it remaining disabled by
default.
