Sorry for the delay. If this issue still exists with libdvdread 6.0.2-1, please provide a sample. Cheers -- Sebastian Ramacher signature.asc Description: PGP signature

Here 'dsi_gi.zero1' is a reserved field and should always be 0. If only this DVD gives this error, then it's probably the DVD that's at fault. Source: libdvdread Severity: normal Dear Maintainer, I was trying to play a movie. I have filed it under libdvdread as I'm unsure whether it's libdvdnav or libdvdread which is at fault. The media is in conventional VIDEO_TS directory with the following directory structure - [$] ls VIDEO_TS.BUP VIDEO_TS.IFO VIDEO_TS.VOB VTS_01_0.BUP VTS_01_0.IFO VTS_01_1.VOB VTS_01_2.VOB VTS_01_3.VOB Whenever I run the above, I get the following statements dumped on the screen - AV: 00:02:39 / 01:26:44 (3%) A-V: 0.000 *** libdvdread: CHECK_VALUE failed in src/nav_read.c:264 *** *** for dsi->dsi_gi.zero1 == 0 *** It goes on for sometime after which it starts reliably - AV: 00:02:42 / 01:26:44 (3%) A-V: -0.000 *** libdvdread: CHECK_VALUE failed in src/nav_read.c:264 *** *** for dsi->dsi_gi.zero1 == 0 *** AV: 00:02:42 / 01:26:44 (3%) A-V: -0.000 Can the above be fixed ? -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (600, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable-debug'), (500, 'testing-debug'), (1, 'experimental-debug'), (1, 'experimental'), (1, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.8.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) -- Regards, Shirish Agarwal शिरीष अग्रवाल My quotes in this email licensed under CC 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/ http://flossexperiences.wordpress.com EB80 462B 08E1 A0DE A73A 2C2F 9F3D C7A4 E1C4 D2D8
