Package: spamassassin
Version: 3.4.1-6
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I happened to spot, whilst looking at the reason for a mail rejection,
the rule:

ifplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::DNSEval
header RCVD_IN_BRBL_LASTEXT
eval:check_rbl('brbl-lastexternal','bb.barracudacentral.org')
tflags RCVD_IN_BRBL_LASTEXT   net
endif

I'd not heard of this blocklist before so I went to have a look. From
their website, it seems that this list is not supposed to be used
without registering:

http://barracudacentral.org/account/register

(quote: " IP addresses not listed may be blocked, rate controlled or
otherwise denied access without warning")

Therefore, I suggest that this rule not be enabled by default.

Cheers,
Dominic.
