unfortunately the upstream version 4.0.6 isn't fixing #860093.
The library team for KiCad has introduced some changed names for the
footprints with 4.0.5 and also some new libraries with 4.0.6. This is
a unfortunate behaviour within a stable release cycle. OTOH the team is
very small and don't have rich personal ressources.
TL;DR We need to fix this problem with some manual interaction.
Due the freeze of the today released Stretch we wasn't allowed to put the
new upstream version 4.0.6 with the needed fixes for #860093 into the
release preparation.
As 4.0.6 is already prepared to be uploaded we will do this within the
next days by uploading this to unstable.
BTW:
In some weeks will be 4.0.7 released.
