ElkarBackup is a free open-source backup solution based on RSync/RSnapshot. It helps to manage centralized backups using a web interface. This is a PHP app so it can be installed without a package but it has some system dependencies like rsnapshot or cron tasks so it is easier to manage them with a package. There is already an upstream package for Jessie but not for Stretch at the moment.
