I've a derivative package of Physics. Written by Gonzalo Odiard and Martin Abente Lahaye two years ago, and maintained by me since. We use it at OLPC for building our images. It is non-compliant with current Debian standards, so some work would be needed to bring it up to date. https://github.com/quozl/physics/commits/olpc-packaging In case it is a problem, we can relicense as required.
