Hello, I can still see this in the apparmor file included in libvirt-daemon-system 3.9.0-1
FWIW according to this ubuntu bug they've added a line to the profile to permit access: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvirt/+bug/1693115
