https://rt.perl.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=132631 it would be clearer if downstream distributions didn't claim their perl is 'Configured by Debian Project', particularly if they have done source changes to our package. My best idea so far is to put the output of 'dpkg-vendor --query Vendor' in cf_by. . Not sure if we need to (try to) spot unmodified source packages: technically if there are no source differences, I suppose it's configured by Debian not downstream... -- Niko Tyni nt...@debian.org
