This error now occurs quite often and makes installations slower.
In short, how-can-i-help becomes useless in practice, and I finally
uninstalled it as a consequence.

Any issue with the request or with Debian's servers?

In any case, the error message doesn't give any detail.

Note: I've also noticed that apt-listbugs is very slow, but it doesn't
yield any failure.
