It's been a while since this^^, do you think we can proceed with the list
creation/migration? Or are there still any blockers?

Let me know if I can help. Thanks!

I did upon initial list request but it's been over a year. Would you
like me to ask again? (The list should be CC'd so this is pretty
transparent.)

Uh, oh. Yeah, please.

Alex - Debian Listmaster

There's been no objections since this email was last sent -- anyone on
the list who does not want to be migrated over to the new list, speak
now (privately emailing me) or forever hold your peace.

No problem. I'm attaching another encrypted dump of the subscriber list.

The archives are publicly available at
https://alioth-lists.debian.net/pipermail/pkg-clojure-maintainers/

I'd just be downloading and attaching the gzips from the link above so
hopefully this is enough... unfortunately as with most public mailing
lists the archives are full of spam, not sure if there's any easy way to
clean that.

Hmm, I'm not sure what the preferable alternatives might be, so to
whatever extent my vote is appropriate, I think it'd probably be helpful
to have a list to discuss Debian Clojure related issues -- if it's not
too much of a mainenance burden,

Thanks

That bug is still missing any other mails from interested people for that

2018-08-04 Thread Elana Hashman
Package: lists.debian.org
Severity: wishlist

Hello!

I realize that alioth-lists.debian.net is only a temporary service and
will be going away within the next couple of years[1]. It would be
better to move the Clojure packaging list
 sooner versus later.
I'm currently the admin of that list.

This has been proposed as part of our team's overall Alioth
migration[2].

The details...

Name: debian-cloj...@lists.debian.org
Rationale: see above
Short description: Clojure packages and maintenance
Long description: Coordination of the maintenance of Clojure packages
in Debian.
Category: Developers
Subscription Policy: open
Post Policy: open
Web Archive: yes
Moving an existing list: Attachment has an encrypted list of current
subscribers in the correct format (one email per line). I
encrypted it for Alex's key as he is listed as responsible for
list creation.[3]

Thanks!
